Fused Glass
For Kids, Teens, and Adults
In this unique class, participants explore the ancient art of kiln-fired glass! Learn to safely bend glass using a flame and to cut & layer glass into creative forms, which will then be kiln fired. You will be amazed at the beautiful collection of glasswork that will be made in this workshop- no matter what age you are! Possible creations include wall hangings, glass sculptures, dishes, framed mirrors, jewelry, magnets, unique creations of all sorts! No experience is necessary. I offer lots of choices, instruction, and inspiration!

Fused Glass Ornament Workshop!! Fun for the whole family!
This is a special workshop focused solely on making unique fused glass ornaments for the holidays. This Is a very popular art party. Book your group with me early to reserve a date! Great for a parent and child or a family and friend holiday experience of any combination! Attendees will get a great introduction to the art of kiln-formed glass and will learn the process of cutting and layering glass and learn to use the flame to bend glass! Listen to cheerful holiday music while making many unique and BEAUTIFUL glass ornaments which will then be fired in the kiln. Create a new family tradition and make some special memories. No experience is necessary.

Oven Baked Clay
For Kids
In this super popular art party workshop, attendees will use colorful Polymer clay! Very easy and fun to work with!! Imaginations go wild as students decide what to make: tiny creatures and miniatures of any kind including food, robots, unicorns, monsters, beautiful jewelry, pinch pots, magnets, ornaments, and other collectibles. Instructions, project ideas, and guidance are provided however party-goers are encouraged to create from their own vision! Attendees can make entire sets of characters and props for their imaginative stories and will be able to pull from Nikki’s large collection of recyclable supplies and art materials to complete their projects. We can focus on certain themes or keep it more general depending on what type of art polymer clay party you would like.

General Information For Oven Baked Clay Workshop
Students will be given their own clay kits to work with for the clay party. Tools sanitized.
● All clay, materials, supplies, finishing work, and glazing are included in the clay class.

Jewelry Fun
with Nikki Contini For Kids,
Teens, and Adults
We will use traditional and not-so-traditional materials to create our own jewelry! Choose from a treasure of new and vintage beads or perhaps make some of your own from my large collection of up-recyclable materials. I will have examples and give lessons on a variety of customized jewelry masterpieces to inspire! Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pins, bubble wands ( a favorite with the kiddos!), and more ideas to choose from. Participants will be making many unique works of wearable art to wear and share with their family and friends!

Art Wonder
with Nikki Contini
A mixed-media anything goes art party! So fun!! Participants will be able to dive into my treasure trove of recyclables, natural materials, wood, glass gems, wire, canvas, paint, paper, glitter, and other found objects to create one-of-a-kind art projects of all shapes and sizes. I will check in with the group, present examples, explore ideas and offer guidance for project ideas. Lots of space for exploration, invention, collaboration in this free styling, glue gunning workshop! Attendees follow their curiosity and wonder, using a wide variety of expressive mediums, to spark imagination and creative expression. Create from your personal visions and areas of interest using the materials provided. What will emerge?! Sculpture, painting, masks, jewelry, collage, unique structures, animals, fantasy...etc, We will create, laugh, play, listen to music and let the Wonder shine on through!

I offer wonderful workshops in glass fusing, polymer clay, jewelry, mixed media...but maybe you're looking for a particular theme, something different, or a creative project that delves a little deeper into creative expression. Some examples of customized workshops include creating dream/vision boxes, peace art, altars, nature themes/eco-art, mandala art, mask making, collage/vision boards, social justice art, collective art for the community… There is a world of creative possibilities to choose from in planning an art workshop event or party with me! My large collection of art supplies, recyclables, trinkets, beads, and unique odds and ends make for wonderful creating!! No experience is needed for any of my art party classes, just bring your imagination and an open mind!

$200 deposit required for all art class parties, Remaining balance is due on the day of the art class party. cash, venmo or credit card
● Cancellations are required 7 days before the event to receive a refund on deposit.
● Included in all art class party classes: set-up/clean-up, art materials, and supplies. (no materials fee)
● $50 Traveling Fee for Art parties/workshops out of Marin County within 40 mile radius-
● Art Parties/workshops are held at your location- maximum of 14 participants unless otherwise arranged. Includes protective tablecloths, tables if needed ( up to 4 extra chairs if needed), packing, set up and break down.
